     LOOK | Leadership Formation Seminar for Student Leaders

“Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge.”

The Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manaoag proudly welcomed the Dominican Student Brothers as they facilitated a School-Based Team Building and Leadership Formation Seminar for the newly elected Pupil Government Organization (PGO), Student Government Organization (SGO), and College Student Council (CSC) on July 4, 2026.

As part of their Team Preaching, an essential component of their pastoral, spiritual, and ministerial formation, the Dominican Student Brothers guided the participants through engaging discussions, interactive team-building activities, and meaningful faith-sharing sessions. The seminar highlighted the core values of servant leadership, teamwork, accountability, and the Dominican mission of preaching through compassionate service and authentic witness.

Grounded in faith and inspired by the Dominican charism, the seminar encouraged the newly elected student leaders to embrace their responsibilities with integrity, humility, and a genuine commitment to serving others. As they begin their journey of leadership, may they continue to uphold the values of excellence, compassion, and service in building a stronger Letran Manaoag community.
